PURPOSE: A mobile phone terminal allowing a tactual expression of favorable feelings is provided to promote activation of a related industries by providing various services by adding a function enabling a tactual expression of favorable feelings between a calling party and a called party to the current audio-visual function-oriented call service. CONSTITUTION: A kiss signal receiving unit(300) performs demodulating of a received data, channel decoding, source decoding, D/A conversion or opening a voice message or a character message. When the kiss signal receiving unit detects a kiss signal received from the called party, when it opens a character message containing a kiss message, or when it opens a voice message, a control power is supplied to a control power input terminal of a kiss software(302) through an output terminal(300a) to switch the kiss software(302) to be turned on. A lip pad software amplifier(301) amplifies a contact signal as a lips contact a lip pad software(105), an output terminal(301a) of the LIP pad software amplifier(301) supplies a driving power to a lip vibrator(109) through an output terminal(302b) of the kiss software and an output terminal(301b) of the lip pad software amplifier(301) supplies a control power to a control power input terminal(303c) of the lip software, in order to switch the lip software(303) to be turned on to transmit a kiss signal. A kiss signal transmitter(304) performs an A/D conversion of a data to be transmitted, source coding, channel coding, digital modulation and transmission. When the lip software(303) is in a state of 'ON', the kiss signal transmitter transmits a kiss signal.
