PURPOSE:To prevent the bursting of a battery can by accurately operate a rupture when the inner pressure of the battery can rises. CONSTITUTION:This battery is fitted with a rupture made of a clad material constituted of a metal foil 1 with the thickness of 1-40mum and a metal plate with the thickness of 0.1-5.0mm having an opening section 3 with the size of at least 5mm<2>. This rupture is accurately operated when the inner pressure of the battery rises, and the bursting or the like of the battery can be prevented. |
