PURPOSE: Rear chassis structure of a vehicle is provided to absorb impact applied from back panel assembly in crashing on a rear portion by attaching an impact absorbing member and to reduce a producing cost by excluding the installation of a support bracket. CONSTITUTION: Rear chassis structure in a vehicle comprises a rear bumper(12) forming a trunk room; a pack panel assembly(14) vertically arranged in the rear bumper; a rear floor panel assembly(16) forming a floor unit of the trunk room by being combined to the back panel assembly; an impact absorbing member(18) installed on a front side of the back panel assembly; a tire replacing jack(J) installed on a spare tire supported by the rear floor panel and the impact absorbing member; inner and outer panels(14a,14b); a bumper stay mounting the rear bumper; a rear floor panel(16a) attached to the inner back panel of the back panel assembly; a mounting bracket(16b) placing the spare tire by being formed on the rear floor panel; and a pair of support bracket(16c) receiving the tire replacing jack while lifting the chassis.
