PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign a resource to a node, having reserved a resource prior to re-build-up of a network with priority, even after re-built up of the network has been conducted. SOLUTION: A resource manager stores an isochronous resource map 207, which denotes a resource assigned to a network node. On the occurrence of a bus reset, an item corresponding to a node after bus reset is retrieved from the isochronous resource map before the occurrence of bus reset, and when the item is found, the retrieved resource is assigned as a resource after the bus reset. When a resource request is received from the node after that, the assigned resource is used for the node, and when no resource request is received, the resource is released.
