PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an operation for changing frequently the contents of a Web homepage. SOLUTION: An item that varies frequently is inputted to the table setting screen of a personal computer (102). Then a preamble header, the preamble contents, a registered sort name, a column width rate and an item name, the character layout, character sizes and contents and a postamble are edited and added in sequence to a memory for checking whether the contents are all right (103). When an HTML button is depressed (104), an HTML statement is automatically produced and the HTML format that is produced by a single button clicking operation is transferred to a Web server whose environment is previously set.
