PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a tower structure a construction period of time of which is not dominated by a curing period of concrete. SOLUTION: The construction method of the towery structure to deposit concrete from below to above by moving a falsework constitutes its characteristic feature of forming an outer peripheral surface of the tower structure or the outer peripheral surface and an inner peripheral surface by connecting panels which can be integrated by depositing concrete and supporting support materials installed on the moving falsework by the panels set on the outer peripheral surface or the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface. Hereby, the panels are the panels made by mounting connectors on end surfaces of plate materials made of fiber reinforcing concrete, the connectors are made of wire rods arranged with specified intervals on the plate material end surfaces, and it is also possible to use a panel forming a closed space with the plate material end part as one side for the wire rod.
