PURPOSE: A wireless handsfree system is provided to perform a cellular phone conversation without a wire which connects a cellular phone with an earphone. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone transmitting/receiving unit(60) is connected to an earphone jack, and transmits and receives a voice signal. An earphone transmitting/receiving unit transmits and receives the voice signal with the cellular phone transmitting/receiving unit(60) by air wave. Since an other plug inserted into a plug(130) inserted into the earphone jack is installed and the voice signal is mutually transmitted with the cellular phone and is transmitted and received by wireless, the cellular phone transmitting/receiving unit(60) has a transmitting unit and a receiving unit.
