PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal cover sealing structure which can reduce the parts number and be manufactured at a low cost with a simple structure, installed on a distribution board of small depth without any projections hitting a wiring cover on an upper surface of a terminal cover, and seal the terminal cover in a very easy manner. SOLUTION: The terminal cover 5 is screwed in a base 3 of a terminal block 1 in an opening/closing manner, and a sealing hole 8 is made in an upper end of a bulkhead 2a extended to the vicinity of a free end 5a in the longitudinal direction of the terminal block 1 when closing the terminal cover 5. A through hole 9 is made in the terminal cover 5 at the position facing both ends of the heating hole 8 in the bulkhead 2, and the terminal cover 5 is closed by engaging an engagement projection 6 of the terminal cover 5 in an engagement recessed part 7 of the bulkhead 2. A sealing wire is passed through one insertion hole 9 from a face side of the terminal cover 5, and passed through the other insertion hole 9 from a back side of the terminal cover 5, and both ends of the sealing wire are tightened to implement the sealing.
