PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales system on a communication network so as to increase the opportunity of a purchase applicant for buying a commodity at a price as low as possible desired by oneself and the opportunity of a sales applicant for selling the maximum number of the same commodities by mediation of a mediator on the network. SOLUTION: Tendering is received from both of the purchase applicant and the sales applicant, while the tender is always opened without any limitation of a term, and a change of a tendering condition is allowed before a trade is made. Consequently, the tendering condition can be changed for maximally lowering a desired purchase price or for maximally increasing a desired sales price according to the trade conducting condition and the like. |
