PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal liquid pump device allowing determination of a loss of synchronization in a magnetic coupling from the outside and having a loss of synchronism detection function causing less error determination in a non-synchronization-loss condition. SOLUTION: This centrifugal liquid pump device 1 is provided with a pump part 2 having an impeller having a housing 20, a first magnetic body 26, and a second magnetic body 28 and turning inside the housing, an impeller torque generation part 3 having a rotor 31 provided with a magnet 33 attracting the first magnetic body 25 in the impeller and a motor 34 turning the rotor 31, a pump device main body 5 having an impeller position controlling part 4 provided with a electromagnet 41 attracting the second magnetic body of the impeller, and a controller 6. The controller 6 is provided with an electromagnet current monitoring function, a motor driving current monitoring function, a motor rotational number monitoring function, and an impeller synchronization loss condition determining function using an electromagnet current value, a motor driving current value, and motor rotational number value.
