<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record personal data on a data sheet of a passport by a relatively simple apparatus and to execute quickly and easily the issue of the passport, including the reissue thereof. SOLUTION: A transfer sheet 8 whereon the personal data 7 are recorded as transfer information is prepared. The transfer sheet 8 is inserted between the data sheet 2 and a cover film 3 which are bound in the passport already bound and the personal data 7 are transferred from the transfer sheet 8 onto the data sheet 2. After the transfer sheet 8 is extracted, the cover film 3 is adhered to the data sheet 2.</p> |
