PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize further low fuel consumption in a vehicle provided with a lean burn engine with supercharger. SOLUTION: Since a lock-up region and a slip region are changed, based on a boost pressure PIN by the supercharger 54, by a region changing means 92 which functions as a lock-up region changing means and a lock-up slip region changing means, the lock-up region can be more increased in response to a change of region in which combustion is stabilized in accordance with the boost pressure PIN in the lean burn engine 10 with superchrger. Accordingly, torque transmission efficiency and fuel consumption can be more improved. |
