PURPOSE: A method for renewing a database in a home zone region in a mobile communication system is provided so that a user can receive a normal home zone service and a home zone service provider can provide a precise billing and service to the user, by frequently renewing the home zone database. CONSTITUTION: A home zone management server reads a home zone confirmation call information accumulation table(400). The home zone management server calculates a distance between a base station and home(402). The home zone management server calculates a distance between a home location and a terminal(404). The home zone management server inserts the calculated distance into Table 2. The home zone management server confirms whether a new home zone number exists(408). When there is no new home zone number, the home zone management server judges whether the distance between the home and the terminal exists within an allowable distance(410). When the distance exceeds the allowable distance, the routine is finished. When all the data exist in the allowable distance, the home zone management server registers a home zone list in a home zone database(412). Thereafter, the home zone management server renews maximum and minimum values of round trip delay(RTD)(414). |
