PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric brake system capable of backing up the operation in case of a failure in a controller and in case of a failure in a battery. SOLUTION: This electric brake system is provided with plural electric brakes 11a to 11d driven by an electric motor, plural motor controllers 12A and 12B for controlling the electric motor of the electric brakes 11a to 11d, a main controller 14 for outputting a control signal to the plural motor controllers 12A and 12B, batteries 15A to 15C individually provided on the plural motor controllers 12A and 12B and the main controller 14, and plural brake operating sensors 13a to 13c for detecting the operation input to the brake pedal, which are respectively connected to the individual batteries 15A to 15C. |
