DISPOSABLE UNDERPANTS TYPE DIAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adhesive tape piece used for disposing of a disposable diaper from being peeled off by a gather put on the diaper or from stimulating a diaper wearer's skin or the like. SOLUTION: The disposable diaper 1 has a fluid-permeable surface sheet 2 and non-fluid-permeable rear surface sheet 3, as well as a fluid-absorbing core 4 intervening between the both sheets 2, 3. A numerous elastic members 12 extended toward waist periphery are adhered to the inside face of the rear surface sheet 3 nearly in parallel. An adhesive tape piece 15 to be used for disposing of the diaper is fitted to an outside face of the smooth rear surface sheet 3 which won't give rise to a gather with the elastic members 12.
