PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance conversion circuit called a regulated cascode circuit that can enhance a deteriorated frequency characteristic caused by a parasitic capacitance of transistors(TRs) employed in the impedance conversion circuit in the case of operating the impedance conversion circuit at a high frequency of about several hundreds MHz by canceling the parasitic capacitance of the TRs. SOLUTION: The impedance conversion circuit consisting of two sets of the regulated cascode circuits that employ active elements (vccs1, vccs2) and inverting amplifiers (A1, A2) where the output of the vccs1 (vccs2) is fed back to itself through the A1 (A2) by means of feedback connection, is provided with a capacitive element C1 (C2) that is connected between a control terminal in1 (in2) of the active element vccs1 (vccs2) and an output terminal out3(out1) of the active element vccs2(vccs1).
