<p>The invention concerns a sheet processing machine comprising driving means (14, 16, 18) for the sheets, a processing equipment (52, 62) for producing in the sheets cutouts or folds transverse to its forward moving direction (F). The processing equipment is borne by at least a support shaft (52, 62) driven by a shaft motor (M52, M62). The sheets are driven at substantially constant speed in the machine and the latter comprises a control unit (UC) which, on the basis of the forward moving speed and an information concerning the position of the sheet in the machine, controls the shaft motor (M52, M62) so that, for processing said sheet, the equipment is in contact with a predetermined region of the sheet and driven at a processing speed whereof the tangential component is equal to the speed driving the sheet.</p> |
