PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflection by elastic deformation absorbing given strain and holding stress so as to prevent rollover even at displacement and conflict with pressure, and is reversible to the original shape with the relief of stress, in a diaphragm for converting pressure change to displacement. SOLUTION: The deformation part (2) that links the displacement part (1) at the center and the fixed part (3) at the periphery, and deals with the displacement of the displacement part (1), maintains the deflection (21) by absorbing the strain caused by elastic deformation.
