PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image diagnostic instrument capable of changing the operation speed of a movable part corresponding to a different radiographing operation technique. SOLUTION: For a coordinate transformation part 3, an interference judgment part 4 and a driving system driver 5 for controlling the driving motors 9, 10 and 11 of the movable part, and operation parameter corresponding to the preference of an operator is taken into consideration. The operation parameter is inputted from an input part 2 to a profile correspondence control part 1 and is stored corresponding to individual identification information. The corresponding operation parameter is called by the input of the individual identification information and is set as the parameter of drive control.
