PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy brazing sheet having superior formability without impairing the anticorrosive characteristic. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy brazing sheet having superior formability is formed by three layers consisted of a core material 1 containing Al-Mn alloy, and a brazing filler material 3 containing Al-Si alloy in which the brazing filler material is arranged on both sides of the core material. The core material 2 contains less than and equal to 50μm of an average crystal grain in size in a crossed section perpendicular to a rolling direction, and its cladding ratio is not less than 50%. By the way, one of the brazing filler materials 3 can be used as a sacrificed layer 2. After clothing the brazing materials 3 onto both sides of the core material 1, the brazing sheet is produced by cooling down at a temperature reduction rate not less than 50 deg.C/min while maintained less for than 20 seconds, or shorter after rapidly heating at a temperature increasing rate not less than 1 deg.C/sec within a range 380 deg.C to 530 deg.C in a final annealing process.
