PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house building having a loggia capable of obtaining an integration feeling with a living room and a dining kitchen. SOLUTION: The living room 11 and the dining kitchen 12 are arranged side by side in a continued space, and the loggia 2 is provided outdoors. The loggia 2 is connected to a building body 10 by beams 21, the beams 21 are supported by a pilotis wall 22, and the loggia 2 is made open upward and sideward. Sweeping windows 13 are provided between the loggia 2 and the living room 11 and the dining kitchen 12 respectively, and a fully openable wide open sash 3 is provided at least on one sweeping window 13.
