SOLUTION: In a septic tank wherein water to be treated is allowed to flow and pass through the carrier tank 3 wherein carriers 1 supporting filter media are supported by a support 2, recessed and protruded parts 4 are formed to the support 2 in the direction supporting the carriers 1.
