<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly exclude a defective blank relevant to a surface defective part of a long-length sheet, on a blanking line of the long-length sheet whereon an accumulating part is provided on the upstream side of a blanking part. SOLUTION: A camera 22 for inspecting a surface state of the long-length sheet 1 printed at a prescribed pitch and a labeling device 23 which sticks a label to the portion of a printing pitch where the surface state is judged as defective on the basis of the result of the inspection are disposed on the upstream side of an accumulating device 13 of the blanking line 2, while a phototube 27 for monitoring the surface of a blank is disposed on the downstream side of the blanking part 10, and the defective blank detected by the phototube 27 for the label being stuck is excluded by a defective blank removing device 30 provided in a delivery part 11. Thereby the defective blank can be excluded exactly irrespective of a length of accumulation of the long-length-sheet 1 in the accumulating device 13.</p> |
