PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new file generator for enabling a user to handle a registered file with good operability, when a file generator takes structure to generate the file and to register it in a file posting device. SOLUTION: The file generator is constituted so as to be provided with a generating means to generate URL notation, including description of full path information to the file registered in the file posting device and a description to call a prescribed function to operate the file and a transmitting means for transmitting file registration information to describe the generated URL notation to a transmitting destination by using an electronic mail, etc. A file name and a folder at storage destination, etc., are easily modified, since the user can directly call functions, such as a modification function of the file name and a transfer function of the folder at the storage destination, simply by clicking the URL notation to be described in the notified file registration information according to such a structure.
