PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct thermal recording material having excellent gradability and having excellent stability of a non-image part for forming a neutral color-tone silver image. SOLUTION: The direct thermal recording material comprises a recording layer containing a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a binder and at least one type of compound selected from the group consisting of compounds (a) to (f) described in the specification such as, for example, coumarin derivatives and the like as a reducing agent on a support. |
