PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily, safely and precisely measure a renal function, a hepatic function, and a cardiorespiratory function for a short time. SOLUTION: The lights from a plurality of light sources 1, 2 and 3 are emitted to an organism tissue 5, and the transmitted lights are received by a light receiving element 6 and converted into electric signals. These signals are converted to digital signals for each wavelength by a multiplexer 8, filters 9-11 and an A/D converter 12, and each of the signals is converted to a logarithm by a logarithm calculating circuit 14. A Φ calculating circuit 15 calculates the mutual ratio of these signals. A substance concentration calculating circuit 16 performs a calculation on the basis of this ratio to determine the concentration view of the indigocarmine injected to the blood. A organism parameter calculating circuit 17 performs a calculation on the basis of the concentration view to determine various parameters concerning renal function, hepatic function and cardiorespiratory function. |
