PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced form iron sheet capable of securing strength and being made lightweight, to provide a floor slab and an execution method for the floor slab, and to provide a holding member allowing a hollow tubular member to be simply fitted to the reinforced form iron sheet. SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 20 comprises one top chord 22, two lower chords 24, and two diagonal members 26. Each of two diagonal members 26 is repeatedly formed with lower end sections 26A located on the upper face 12 of an iron sheet 10 and connection sections 26C diagonally erected from the lower end sections 26A and diagonally lowered via bent sections 26B at the upper ends in a corrugated shape. Two diagonal members 26 form two equal sides of isosceles triangles as seen from the length direction.
