PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a driving circuit integration type liquid crystal display element of which the panel frame size is minimized and the wiring delay is small, namely, the display quality is increased and power consumption is decreased, by devising a method for an arrangement of the wiring forming a horizontal scanning circuit and that of thin film transistors in the driving circuit integration type liquid crystal element. SOLUTION: An inverter for data inversion is arranged for each decoder circuit unit corresponding to each data stream, and similarly, an inverter for data inversion is adjacently arranged directly before a selector circuit unit corresponding to the data stream.
