PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely wash an inside of an adaptor attaching member and a surface of a seal diaphragm, and to remove a foreign matter such as dust. SOLUTION: The adaptor attaching member 3 is fixed to one side face 9 of a transmitter body 2, and a pressure receiving adaptor 4 having a wetted diaphragm 39 is attached detachably to the member 3. A sealing liquid 44 is charged from a charging hole 42 into a communication hole 27 of the member 3, a chamber 29 in a surface side of the seal diaphragm 13, a pressure leading passage 41 of the adaptor 4, and a diaphragm chamber 43 of the diaphragm 39, to be sealed by a sealing means 47. When the adaptor 4 is replaced, the surface of the seal diaphragm 13, the communication hole 27 and the surface side chamber 29 are washed by making a washing liquid flow in two washing holes 51, 52 provided in the adaptor attaching member 3, and are sealed by a sealing means 55 after washed.
