PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the leakage of fluid through a gap formed between a brush and a holding member and also prevent the leakage of the fluid through between thin wires. SOLUTION: The brush 2 formed by bundling plural thin wires 3 and fixing one end of the bundled wires to a fixing fixture 4 is positioned between a front plate 6 and a back plate 7 of the holding member 5, both plates 6, 7 are closely contacted, then the joining part of both plates 6, 7 is welded to form one body. A gap A is formed between both plates 6, 7 and the brush 2, and an elastically deformable elastic member 12 is mounted on the gap A. The gap A is sealed with the elastic member 12. The thin wires 3 of the brush 2 are pressed toward the back plate 7 by the elastic force of the elastic member 12, the thin wires 3, 3 are closely contacted, and formation of gaps between the thin wires 3, 3 is prevented. |
