PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chamber toilet wherein odors due to excrement such as feces are prevented from being emitted into a room, and also, excrement does not need to be disposed immediately after a usage. SOLUTION: A jetting unit 9 is arranged between the peripheral edge section 6 of the opening 2 of a toilet main body 3 and a toilet seat 7. The jetting unit is equipped with a nozzle 18 for foam and a nozzle for water to pour water 19. In this case, the nozzle 18 for foam is used to jet foam 17 generated from a foaming agent 16, toward an internal container 4. After accumulating the water 19 from the nozzle 20 for water in the internal container 4, a state wherein the foam 17 is jetted from the nozzle 18 for foam is presented. Then, the chamber toilet is used. Excrement such as feces is covered with the foam 17, and thus, odors are prevented from being emitted into the room, and a hatred feeling due to the appearance is made less prone to occur as well.
