PURPOSE: A visual job search is provided to increase the reliability of a contract by enabling a notary public to intervene in the contract on a picture including a job search, an intervention, a contract and a notarial act and by storing a whole circumstances in a picture server. CONSTITUTION: A visual communication is performed through the internet and a mobile terminal. A job search server stores a moving picture, voice, and text of job seeker and employer. The employer performs promptly interview with selected job seeker through the visual communication. The visual job search server stores visual communication data on interviews and employment. The job seeker and the employer are connected through a visual communication media. The job seeker finds a job and restriction of time and space is solved. |
