METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF CANNED PHEASANT MEAT

PURPOSE: A process for preparing canned pheasant meat is provided by applying pheasant meat with salt, black pepper and vinegar to pheasant meat and sterilizing, thereby, the titled noodles having a light taste and low fat is produced. CONSTITUTION: Pleasant meat is mixed with salt, black pepper and vinegar, sterilized and canned. The meat product is free from a fish-like smell.
