PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a magnetic core which is kept high in interlayer insulating properties and shock resistance and excellent in productivity even after it is subjected to a thermal treatment. SOLUTION: A magnetic metal thin film whose one side, both sides, or edge faces are coated with heat-resistant resin is rolled up or laminated, the rolled or laminated magnetic metal thin plate is subjected to a thermal treatment for the manufacture of a magnetic core.
