PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and safe Internet service system. SOLUTION: This system has an Internet terminal 1 for receiving Internet service 2 via the Internet 4 and an Internet provider server 3 for limiting the connection of this terminal to the Internet 4 and access to the Internet service 2. Personal authentication is performed by transmitting the biological feature information of a user, which is read by biometrics equipment 5 and sent from the Internet terminal 1 to the server 3. When this identified result is proper, the previously registered personal attribute information of the user is transmitted from the server 3 to the Internet terminal 1 and is temporality preserved there. On the basis of that preserved personal attribute information, a personal environment characteristic of the user is generated in the Internet terminal 1. |
