PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical radiographic instrument in which three- dimensional and two-dimensional images whose fluoroscopy angle for the body axis direction of a specimen may also be variable may be obtained in the same apparatus and which is suitable for IVR. SOLUTION: This medical radiographic is an apparatus in which an X-ray source for applying X-rays radiately to a subject is placed at one end of a support member and an image receiving means for picking up a radiographic image of the subject is placed at the other end to form a picking up system and the picking up system is rotated and supported by a rotation member placed at the support point of the support member, wherein the space to relatively move the specimen is formed in the rotation center part of the rotation member and an X-ray image producing means for producing the three-dimensional radiographic image of the subject from the radiographic instrument by rotating and moving the X-ray source and image receiving means centering around the subject and a mounting means for mounting subject and for arbitrarily setting the angle of the rotation center axis of the imaging system for the body axis direction of the subject are included.
