PURPOSE: A thermal diffusion increasing apparatus is provided to lengthen useful life of the PCM radiator by minimizing temperature gradient in phase change material, while maximizing cooling efficiency of heat storage device. CONSTITUTION: A PCM radiator(100) comprises a main body section(120) having a space of a predetermined size, and a heat radiation section(130) constituted by a plurality of radiating fins mounted at both sides of the main body section so as to radiate heat. The main body section includes a thermal diffusion increasing device(10) mounted in the space of the main body. The thermal diffusion increasing device has a plurality of filler rods for increasing heat contact area of a phase change material(10), and which are made up of an aluminum material and form a honey comb shape.
