PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting lactic acid bacteria in a sample for the detection of lactic acid bacteria with high sensitivity by using an antibody, without denaturing an antigen protein. SOLUTION: This lactic acid bacteria detecting method comprises a pretreatment process for adding a sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) solution to the sample for the detection of lactic acid bacteria to be mixed, an antibody adding process for adding an antibody for detection containing an antibody recognizing an antigen in specified lactic acid bacteria to this pretreated sample for the detection of lactic acid bacteria, and an antigen-antibody reaction detecting process for detecting the presence/absence of the antigen-antibody reaction between the antibody and the antigen. |
