PURPOSE:To provide an image forming device and the control method therefor capable of restraining the error of the control time between each function unit and improving the density of the transferring information. CONSTITUTION:Among the contents of command/status transferred between the inter-communication control part 111 in the engine control part 102, and the high voltage control part 105, the both side transporting control part 109 and the option cassette control part 110, by providing the drive control bit 2-0 of the command for the both side unit in common with the option cassette, the error in the communication time of drive/stop for the transporting control can be made minimum. |
