PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin a composition having a quality stable for long-term service at a high or low temperature. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises (A) a saturated aromatic polyester, (B) a butadiene-based elastomer, (C) a polyolefin and (D) a bisoxazoline compound, has an initial value of the flextural strength of 340-780 kg/cm2 and the strength after heating of 360-930 kg/cm2, and causes no deflection.
