PURPOSE: A system for editing graphic data on the web is provided to express various emotions and transfer intentions by recording a message as graphic data, not text data, in case that a client accesses the homepage of a specific web server in order to make out a guest book. CONSTITUTION: A data input part(420) receives graphic data which a client requests. A data display part(430) displays the graphic data stored in a data storage part(440). The data storage part(440) stores the graphic data inputted in the data input part(420). A data adjusting part(450) deletes the graphic data inputted in the data input part(420) or modifies the hue information of the graphic data. A data setup part(460) sets up a function to store the graphic data inputted in the data input part(420) or to display the graphic data stored in the data storage part(440) through the data display part(430). A data control part(410), after detecting that graphic data have been inputted to the graphic input part(420), executes control operation to make the data stored in the data storage part(440) or displayed through the data display part(430).
