PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament having an excellent gastric inhibitory action, a gastric mucosa-protecting action, or the like, and useful as a medicine (especially, a prophylactic and therapeutic agent for ulcer diseases). SOLUTION: This pyrrolopyridazine compound is the compound represented by the general formula [wherein, R1 is a 2-6C alkenyl group, a halogeno 2-6C alkenyl group, a (substituted) 3-7C cycloalkyl group or a (substituted) 3-7C cycloalkyl-1-6C alkyl group; R2 is a 1-6C alkyl group; R3 is a hydroxymethyl group, a 2-6C aliphatic acyloxymethyl group, a (substituted) 6-10C arylcarbonyloxymethyl group, a 1-6C alkoxycarbonyloxymethyl group, formyl group, carboxy group, a 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl group, a (substituted) 6-10C aryloxycarbonyl group; R4 is a (substituted) 6-10C aryl group; A is imino group, oxygen atom or sulfur atom] or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.
