PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition not only excellent in transparency but also adhesive strength to a polyolefin and an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, and further to provide a laminate. SOLUTION: This adhesive composition comprises a modified polypropylene obtained by graft-modifying the whole or a part of a propylene homopolymer or a propylene-α-olefin copolymer having <=10 mol% content of theα-olefin except the propylene, with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having 0.850-0.900 g/cm3 density, and a linear low-density polyethylene having 0.900-0.940 g/cm3 density. The laminate is obtained by laminating a polyolefin and/or an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer by using the composition.
