PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a pressure keeper device for a liquid-cooled compressor. SOLUTION: In this liquid-cooled compressor, having a receiver tank 5 accumulating air compressed in a compressor main unit 3 and acting fluid mixing a cooling medium and a separator 6 separating the cooling medium from the above acting fluid, a pressure holder device 34 is arranged in a supply flow path of the acting fluid from the above receiver tank leading to a consumption side, a fixed type reducing passage 43 limiting a circulation amount of the acting fluid is provided in this pressure holder device, a primary side flow path 41 of the reducing passage is formed with a tapered part decreasing a diameter as it approaches the reducing passage 43, also a secondary side flow path 42 of the reducing passage 43 is formed with a tapered part increasing a diameter as it separates from this reducing passage, and the tapered part of the above secondary side flow path 42 is set to a gradient smaller than and longer than the tapered part of the primary side flow path 41, so as to hold a pressure in the primary side flow path 41 from the above receiver tank 5 leading to between the reducing passage 43 to a prescribed pressure or more during operation of the compressor.
