PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel reinforcing plate capable of being molded with a thin steel sheet in thickness, having required strength as a reinforcing plate, capable of being smoothly nailed, and easily connected to a column. SOLUTION: The thin steel sheet is folded and molded at the upper end section 9 to form a closed cross section having at least two webs 2a and 2b arranged in parallel at the prescribed interval, thereby the house steel reinforcing plate 1 suspended between columns and forming the substrate plate of a wall 24 is provided.
