PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device which manage sales of personal information between an owner of personal information and a requester for this information. SOLUTION: A third-party organ receives a request for personal information on a specific person from the requester and prescribes a plan related to sales of this personal information. The validity of this personal information is examined by the third-party organ. The third-party organ asks the person to permit delivery of personal information requested by the requester to the requester on condition of paying compensation to the person. If the person permits delivery, requested personal information is provided for the requester.
