<p>In a program preparing/distributing system (100), meta-data indicating various kinds of information are generated so that an asset management is realized by controlling an archive system (4) according to the meta-data. A planning processing by a distributing program planning system (10) and meta-data to be inputted at a casting time are registered in the database which is centrally controlled by an archive manager (40A). Simultaneously with this, a tag indicating the registered meta-data is issued and is packaged with the video information and voice information which are recorded and acquired by an acquisition system. In a production system (20), a timing for releasing a staff roll is designated at an off-line ebit stage, and the meta-data are extracted from the database pointed by the tag, in accordance with the designated timing. The complete edit is made by generating the corresponding characters automatically.</p> |
