<p>Preparations containing minoxidil at a high concentration which scarcely show the precipitation of crystals even at low temperatures and have a high stability. In preparations containing 10 to 50% by mass of water and 3% by mass or more of minoxidil, hair growth stimulant compositions further containing 8 to 30% of one or more polyhydric alcohols and having a pH value of 5.5 to 6.5 scarcely show precipitation of crystals and have a high stability.</p> |
