PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to relate plural programs to each other in a business system, and shift the processing to the customization of another program related to a certain customized program. SOLUTION: In a computer system 1 to apply this invention, a program relation table preparation part 901 in a customizing tool part 9 prepares a program relation table from all programs in a business system by using input file names to respective programs as keys. A program correction part 905 corrects a program to be customized which is selected by a user and a file item correction part 904 corrects the items of the output file. The processing of the program to be customized is shifted to the program related to the program concerned and the customizing processing of all the related programs is successively executed.
