PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device and an image forming device to perform a stable feed by a feeding means for a long period. SOLUTION: A carrying device comprises a carrying belt 19 to carry a recording sheet; a plurality of attracting means situated at the carrying belt 19 and electrostatically attracting the recording sheet to the carrying belt 19; a feed brush 41 to apply a potential on at least one electrode plate of the attracting means and formed of a conductive member; and a spring 16 to energize the feed brush 41 to the electrode plate.
